Creator Program Terms
These terms govern participation in the Vaelis Creator Program. They are deliberately short; if any clause is unclear, ask before you join.
01Parties and acceptance
The program is run by Eren Yalçın. Notices are sent from eren@yalcin.ai to the email address you gave in your application.
Your participation begins when you click the link in the acceptance email. The date, time and version of these terms are recorded. No link is issued before you accept.
02What you do
You talk about Vaelis in your own content and use the short link we give you.
The subject, format, length, frequency and platform are yours to decide. We don’t write scripts and we don’t ask to approve anything before it goes out. There is no minimum output and no exclusivity — you are free to work with other brands.
03Disclosure
What you publish is commercial advertising. It must be clearly and visibly labelled as such, in the wording your platform and the rules of your own country require.
- Tag @vaelis.app on TikTok and Instagram. Elsewhere, the name “Vaelis” appearing in the content is enough.
- The label must be noticeable the moment a viewer meets the content, without them having to scroll.
- If you post in Turkish or to an audience in Turkey, Turkish law applies: the content must carry the word Tanıtım (or “Reklam”) together with the Vaelis name. Generic tags such as
#ad,#sponsoredor#işbirliğiare not sufficient there.
This clause is not negotiable: under Turkish law Vaelis is held liable for disclosure failures alongside the creator. You will correct or remove non-compliant content as soon as we tell you. If a fine is imposed on Vaelis and paid because of a failure to disclose, we may recover that amount from you.
04Your link
Your link is yours alone: vaelis.ai/@yourname. Where you put it is up to you; the only thing that matters is that people can reach it.
The link is permanent. If your participation ends it keeps redirecting, but it stops earning. You may not transfer it to anyone else or publish it on coupon and discount sites.
05Earnings
1 US dollar is credited to you for every person who starts a Vaelis membership through your link.
The measure is the App Store Connect campaign report. Counting happens on Apple’s side; Vaelis cannot alter that data.
Apple does not report a campaign that stays below five distinct downloads. Traffic below that threshold cannot be measured and therefore cannot be paid.
Your earnings build up in your balance and do not expire.
06Payout
Once your balance passes 20 US dollars you can request a payout. It is paid within the month following your request. Before the first payout, you send us the address of one piece of content where you used your link.
Payouts are made against an invoice. If you cannot issue one, no payout can be made and your earnings stay in your balance. You are responsible for your own tax obligations.
Payouts are made in your own currency; transfer fees on international payments are deducted from the amount.
Refunded or cancelled memberships are not paid. If a refund happens after payout, the amount is offset against your next earnings.
07Content and brand
Your content is yours. Vaelis may reshare what you publish on its own channels with credit to you; tell us if you’d rather we didn’t, and we won’t.
You may use the name “Vaelis” in your content. You may not speak on behalf of Vaelis or give the impression that you represent it.
- You may not register accounts, usernames or domains containing the Vaelis name.
- You may not bid on “Vaelis” or confusingly similar keywords on search engines or ad platforms.
- You may not promise a feature or an outcome the product does not have.
08What you must not do
- Generate fake, automated or incentivised installs and memberships.
- Publish your link on coupon, discount or reward sites.
- Make misleading claims.
If any of these is found, the related earnings are forfeited, no payout is made and your participation may be ended.
09Ending participation
Either side may end participation at any time, by email, without giving a reason.
Earnings already accrued that do not arise from a breach of these terms are still paid after it ends.
10Other
These terms create no employment, agency, representation or partnership. You work in your own name and on your own account.
These terms may change. Changes are notified by email and apply only going forward; they do not affect earnings you have already accrued. If you don’t accept a change, you can end your participation.
Your personal data. The name, email address, social account, content links and payment details you give when applying and while taking part are processed only to run this program and to meet the legal obligations attached to it (tax and advertising records).
- They are not shared with third parties; they are disclosed to authorities only where the law requires it.
- If your application is not accepted, your data is deleted and the short link you chose is released.
- If your participation ends, the data is kept for statutory retention periods and then deleted.

These terms are governed by Turkish law.
